Our Charges

The following charges apply in addition to any additional/return premium calculated by your insurer. For further details, please refer to your policy document or call us.


In the event of cancellation

We will make a charge of £25 if your policy is cancelled within 14 days of inception or receiving your documents whichever is last. After 14 days, a charge of £50 will be made. This will be deducted from any refund given by your insurer. We will tell you how much this is when you buy your policy.


In the event of a change or if you request duplicate documents

£10 to £30 charge, depending on the change.


When you renew your policy

If you pay your insurance in instalments a credit arrangement fee of £35 will apply.

In the event that you miss a direct debit

£20 charge.


In the event that you do not return written proof of your no claims bonus within 21 days

£15 charge.


If you pay your insurance by direct debit, a credit arrangement fee of £35 will apply. An interest charge will also apply. We will tell tell you the amount of the charge before you buy.
