Legal Expenses Cover will help you claim back expenses that are not covered by your Insurance policy if you're involved in a claim that isn't your fault. The policy will pay up to £100,000 for legal costs and expenses, some examples of the services provided by this cover are:

• Advisers costs to pursue damages claims arising from a Road Traffic Accident
• Advisers costs to defend an action in respect of a motor offence, arising from your use of the vehicle
• Access to Law Assistance (an online legal document service)
• 24 Hour advisory service for any private legal or tax problem of concern to you
