Many insurers stop covering ongoing conditions and illnesses after 12 months, but conditions like arthritis and diabetes, will continue for the rest of the animal's life. Kwik-Fit pet insurance will cover ongoing conditions without a time limit (Subject to the policy remaining in force and the original policy limit).

Many people travel to the continent and like to take their pets with them, particularly if they have a holiday home or apartment. Kwik-Fit Insurance automatically covers your pet whilst you are travelling outside the UK in conjunction with the P.E.T.S. travel scheme (Long haul countries are not included).
