This depends on the department you work in. All full-time employees work 37.5 hours a week. Our Call Centre is open 8am - 9pm and depending on what department you work in shifts can be static or rotating. Variable shift patterns are necessary to provide our customers with the quality of response and service that makes us one of the UK leaders in our field.
