Since its inception in 1995, Kwik-Fit Financial services has grown and developed into one of Scotland's most dynamic, successful call centres. Operating from a purpose-built contact centre in Uddingston, just outside Glasgow, we are an independent intermediary specialising in general insurance, for you, your car and your home. We have also been ranked by the Sunday Times as one of the UK's 100 Best Companies to Work For, for the second year running.
Most importantly, we listen to our people and we all work hard together to make Kwik-Fit Financial Services a fantastic place to work. We pride ourselves on our response to staff suggestions and our superbly equipped chill-out room is just one example of this. Here, you'll be able to 'take five', relax, chat with friends, play pool, glide hockey, get a drink and generally, as you'd expect, Chill! Or you can improve your mental and physical fitness in the gym, have a massage or, if you're having a busy day, why not get our concierge to pick up your dry-cleaning or do your shopping. But crucially, we are the only major call Centre in the country to provide its telephone sales and customer service consultants with a car, once they've been with us for six, successful months.
Training is important to us also. We invest time and money in what is arguably the best training academy in the Call Centre industry. Here, you'll be prepared and given confidence for the job ahead, study for insurance qualifications and, if you wish, over time use your skills to mentor and help others follow the same path to success.
We are entirely focused on providing the best possible service to our customers, across the length and breadth of the country, and similarly, we work very hard to provide all our staff with the training programmes and mentoring necessary to allow them to maximise their potential.

We are also an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all sections of the community.
The core technical skills required in the successful candidate are Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Unix scripting. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Access would also be beneficial.
