Our selection process is designed to be as positive an experience as possible. We use a range of tried and tested tools and techniques to uncover your talents and match you to the kind of role you'll be best suited to. We view recruitment as a two-way process giving you the opportunity to find out some more about us as well as for us to find out more about you. Start - Induction and training

Telephone screening:


5 -10 minute call to determine telephone manner and establish some information about candidate as well as advise on vacancies, skills and experience required and tell candidate about company benefits and facilities.

Information Session:


This stage will last approximately 1 hour. Please bring along your completed application form with you to the Information Session. During this session you will be given a presentation from our HR department about working life at Kwik-Fit Financial Services. We will also give you the opportunity to tour the call centre and listen to our calls.

Face to face interview


This stage will last approximately 40 minutes and is a competency based interview designed to concentrate on the key skills and behaviours you will need for the role you have applied for. This stage of the recruitment process allows us to collect information about how you behave at work or in other situations outside of work. The interview will consist of a series of structured questions that look for specific examples of how you have behaved in different situations that relate to the prospective job.

There will be time in the interview for you to ask questions about the role for which you are being interviewed.

Medical


The medical is a pre-employment medical around which your offer of employment is subject to you passing. The medical will be performed by our in house Occupational Health Therapist and will last approximately 30 minutes. It will include a drug screening and a basic check of your height, weight and eyesight.
