Renewals Consultant
Starting Salary: £14,300

Hours of Work
Full time: 37.5hrs per week on a rotational shift pattern with every Sunday off and working only occasional Saturdays
Job Summary:
As a member of our Renewals department you will deal with existing customers and help them select the best policy and combination of additional products to suit their needs when renewing their car insurance. You will be highly motivated to not just meet targets but to exceed them, benefiting from our competitive rewards package in the process.
Skills & Experience Required:
Are you self-motivated? Do you enjoy working to targets? Are you passionate about customer service?
Then this could be the role for you.
We would prefer if you have had some sales and/or customer service experience but don't worry if you haven't worked in financial service before. If you've previously worked in retail, hospitality or any other role dealing with customers we'd love to hear from you!
