Starting Salary: £14,300

Hours of Work
Full time: 37.5hrs per week on a rotational shift pattern, with every Sunday off and working alternate Saturdays
Job Summary:
As a member of our customer service department you will assist our customers with any queries or issues they might have with their existing insurance policy, finding the right solution for them. You will set yourself high standards to ensure that every interation a customer has with Kwik-Fit Insurance is a positive one.
Our 16 week training programme will ensure you can answer almost any question a customer might ask, and we will offer you continuous training and support to ensure you can develop and grow in the position.
Skills & Experience Required:
Are you passionate about customer service? Do you take ownership of issues to ensure they are successfully dealt with? Do you set yourself high standards of quality?
Then this could be the role for you.
We would prefer if you have had some sales and/or customer service experience but don't worry if you haven't worked in financial service before. If you've previously worked in retail, hospitality or any other role dealing with customers we'd love to hear from you!
